We have a number of different room types: Single Containing 1 single bed, this is ideal for the business traveller Twin With two single beds, this room type is ideal for either single or double occupancy. Double Offering double bed, ideal for for either single or double occupancy. Triple/Family Offering either three or four single beds, these rooms are ideal for small groups or families. Children of all ages are welcome. Most rooms have a vanity unit with hot and cold water. All rooms have a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. We offer free wireless Internet throughout the guesthouse.

Lounge/Dining room

Our spacious lounge/dining-room offers a place to unwind and relax in the evenings. It is decorated in a light, airy style with a colour television. While the guest house does not offer breakfasts or evening meals, the dining room is a place that you may eat your own food in the evenings.

Terms and conditions

• Prices shown are for guidance only and are subject to change.
• Bookings must be secured by valid credit/debit card.
• Payment on arrival.
• 48 hours notice must be given for cancellation (1 week for group bookings).
• No pets.
• Please check out by 10.00am.
• You may check in on the day of arrival at any time and collect your room keys, but access to the rooms is from approximately 1pm.
• Children over 3 only please.
• All confirmed bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. In the event of accommodation, which has been reserved, being cancelled without sufficient notice, or if the guest decides to leave prematurely (regardless of reasons), it is desired to draw attention to the fact that an Hotel or a Guest House has the right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show.
