The international airports of Stansted (30 minutes) and Luton (60 minutes), are nearby, whilst the new A14 dual carriageway, links both the M1 and east coast ferry ports.

There are some direct trains from Manchester and Birmingham; these are cross country and can be slow. From the north, you will need to change at Peterborough and probably Ely.
